on saturday, spent practically the whole saturday w MS, cos everyone wasn't around!

just finished the game of Singapore v Myanmar. We won 3-1 after a controversial goal.

Sun Jiayi was pushed down and still on the floor, and the referee gave a free kick.

Noh Alam Shah took the free kick quick before jiayi stood up and john wilkinson tried to shoot, but the keeper blocked it (note this!) and the rebound fell back to wilkinson who squared it for Agu Casmir to score.

immediately the keeper ran to the referee and gave him a mighty push and earned himself a red card.

the burmese didn't want to play after that, and it took awhile before they got back on the field.

personally i felt the referee made a mistake cos you can't allow a free kick to be taken if someone is down on the floor!

well, but since the decision was given, the myanmar players should accept it.

they were complaining, but if the players could be alert enough, and the keeper could be able to block it (that's why i asked you to note this!), why should they complain??

oh well. it's football. the ball is round. =/
